Statistics Portugal publishes the median rent per square metre of the contracts signed each year. It is the most reliable measure in Portugal because it counts what tenants pay, not what landlords ask. Each parish page turns that figure into monthly rents by size, brought to today, and has a simulator that adjusts to your flat.
