About us
Tagus Rentals is the property-management software of the Tagus Group, built in Lisbon by people who manage rentals every day.
We were born in the field: our team has been managing long-term rentals and property portfolios in Lisbon for years, through LX Chasseur Immobilier and the Tagus Group brands. Tagus Rentals started as the tool we built for our own work: leases, rents, receipts, inspections and documents, without scattered spreadsheets.
Today we open that platform to real-estate agencies, property managers and landlords who manage their own properties. Everything is designed for the Portuguese market: rent receipts, communications, legal deadlines and the three-way relationship between agency, landlord and tenant.
We are a small, close-knit team: the people answering support are the ones building the product.
