Pricing questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a card and without commitment. Only those who decide to continue are ever asked to pay.
Are there hidden costs per receipt, per tenant, per document?
No. The plan price covers normal use of the platform: receipts, leases, inspections, documents and users within the plan limit. The only optional extra is the Premium Pack (agency branding).
What if I go over the number of properties in my plan?
Move up to the next plan whenever you like, paying only the difference for the remaining time. Above 150 properties we make a tailored proposal.
How do I pay?
By card, renewing automatically monthly or yearly. On the annual plan we also accept bank transfer. An invoice is always issued.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. You can export your data before leaving.
Do you take a percentage of the rent?
No. The software is a flat monthly price. The percentage (12% of the rent + VAT) only exists in Tagus Property’s full management service, which is a different thing and has its own pricing page.
